Olive oil has been collected and pressed in Binibona for centuries. Still to this day, extra virgin olive oil is elaborated in the Estate of Ca’n Beneït every December, using the very same olives that grow on the foothills of the Finca
Our guests can taste the liquid gold produced by that old, yet still functioning, machinery every day for diner @mirabona_restaurant
